Descripción del Evento
One year ago, the Inflation Reduction Act was signed into law, electrifying the clean energy economy through a $369 billion investment in tax credits and federal funding programs. How can cleantech startups and innovators tap into this windfall of federal resources? Join the Clean Energy Business Network and Environmental Defense Fund for a webinar on August 15 at 3pm ET discussing new and existing programs for energy innovators.

The event will include a high-level overview of relevant resources followed by a panel discussion with experts on specific Department of Energy programs. The topics will be particularly relevant to climate tech startups and entrepreneurs, researchers, and those who support their work (incubators, investors, state/local agencies, etc.). Questions for guest speakers are encouraged.

Speakers include (additional speakers to be announced):
  • Dr. Marina Sofos, Program Director, ARPA-E, Department of Energy
  • Victor Kane, Deputy Director for Commercialization Programs, Office of Technology Transitions, Department of Energy
