The purpose of this solicitation is to fund technology development and demonstration projects of promising pre-commercial technologies to accelerate industrial decarbonization and increase overall energy efficiency to reach statewide goals set forth by SB 32 (Statutes of 2016, chapter 249), SB 100 (Statutes of 2018, chapter 312), and SB 350 (Statutes of 2015, chapter 547).
