C4GS-ZEDlife™ is a young San Diego-based company founded by a melanated group of visionary designers, architects, and community leaders. C4GS combines two decades of community building, with an expertise in drawing out STEM to STEAM talent for its “urban alchemy” projects and ZEDpower, LLC., considered by many green industry peers as an icon in sustainable design.
Bill Dunster, our Master Planner, is an OBE Recipient for Services to Sustainable Housing Design, who designed the award-winning BedZED Eco-Village in 2002. The company launched the "Zero Bills Home" at the London BRE Innovation Park and has built approximately 15 full-sized production homes.
The C4GS-ZEDlife team has immense expertise in the construction and architecture of energy-efficient buildings of all types and sizes. We currently set the highest environmental performance standard in the world based on 25 years of overcoming industry resistance to eco-innovation.
