Event Description

Camille Richman is the co-founder of Hamama, a West Sacramento startup that makes growing superfood greens fun. They've invented a fail-proof way for anyone, anywhere to grow nutritious microgreens at home year-round. Camille and her co-founder launched Hamama after several years of growing food in the lab and at home and experiencing the benefits. It occurred to them, “What if people had a system to grow healthy food for them at home?" and Hamama was born. Launched in 2016, Hamama raised a $2 million investment round in 2020 and has exceeded $1 million in revenue.
