  2. January 6, 2025, to January 27, 2025 - $215 million available
  3. February 24, 2025, to March 10, 2025 - $214.7 million plus any remaining unallocated amounts

  9. Economic impact
  10. Duration of the proposed project and applicant’s commitment to remain in California
  11. Extent to which the benefit to California exceeds the benefit to the applicant
