RaimI + Associates in an urban planning and program evaluation firm based on promoting health, equity, and sustainability in the built environment. We are highly skilled at conducting and integrating stakeholder engagement into the plans, projects, and programs we develop. R+A are trusted advisors and thought leaders that provide a range of technical and strategic services to local governments, non-profit organizations, and private sector companies. We are based in Berkeley, CA with offices in Los Angeles and Riverside. Our project work is national in scope and we are active in a number of statewide and national organizations including the US Green Building Council, EcoDistricts, and the Los Angeles Regional Collaborative for Climate Action and Resilience.
R+A has worked with local governments including West Hollywood and Cupertino to develop award-winning green building and energy reach codes, R+A staff facilitated the stakeholder process for the Los Angeles and San Jose Building Benchmarking Ordinances, and the company served as a strategic advisor to Los Angeles County, and the Metropolitan Transporation Commission (Metro) is the development of each agency's sustainability plans.
