Based in Silicon Valley, Working Partnerships USA tackles the root causes of inequality and poverty by leading collaborative campaigns for quality jobs, healthy communities, equitable growth and a vibrant democracy.
Organization Overview

For 25 years, we have engaged with under-represented communities and workers in our region to ensue their voice and leadership is represented in local economic policy.

We also offer the Trades Orientation Program (TOP), a free, intensive construction pre-apprenticeship which provides a pathway for under-represented community members into the skilled, high-demand green building trades through partnerships with labor, industry, and Registered Apprenticeships.
