ICAST (International Center for Appropriate and Sustainable Technology) is a national 501c3 nonprofit with a history of designing, launching, managing, and scaling programs to benefit underserved communities. Its focus is delivering clean energy upgrades to low- and moderate-income households living in multifamily affordable housing and disadvantaged communities.
Mission
To create economic, environmental, and social benefits for communities in a manner that builds local capacity.
Purpose
To preserve affordable housing, address climate change, and create local jobs and economic opportunities by deploying green solutions in an innovative, equitable, and efficient manner.
