BioZen Batteries, Inc. was founded by PhD scientists in 2019 in the Goleta Load Pocket (GLP)—the high-risk grid serving coastal Santa Barbara county where we can make an immediate positive impact.

Mission | We are building safer, greener, longer-lasting batteries to keep the grid stable, resilient to disasters, and compatible with renewables—while providing autonomy and reduced energy costs for residents, commercial enterprises, and cities. We are starting in the GLP and expanding from there.
