Two power generation clients proposed for CEC GFO-19-503 funded Membrane Air Oxygen Enrichment and Waste Heat Recovery Technology that reduce fuel gas usage by up to 50% or alternatively double (biogas-fired) power generation. CDFA awarded a SWEEP Grant to Agricultural client Dosanjh Brothers to build a Flue Gas Extraction and Biosequestration facility that feeds conditioned cogen unit stack gas from a neighboring refinery. CO2 is captured (bio-sequestered) in the crop, which benefits from increased yield (up to 50%) and reduced water utilization (up to 40%.) Technology payback target: under two years.
