V2G Frequency Regulation (FR) Pilot at Wastewater Treatment Plant and City Courthouse. In 2016, Fermata Energy began commercially providing Ancillary Services (i.e., V2G Frequency Regulation) as a PJM Curtailment Services Provider using a combination of four collocated and geographically dispersed Nissan LEAFs. Fermata Energy Energy did so without any special waivers from PJM.
